In the fall of 2019, we contracted with Kidd Wagner to build our home and were extremely pleased every step of the way. We kicked off construction just as COVID broke out and began a building process unlike anything any of us had ever dealt with. From shortages, to labor issues, and shipping issues; if it could happen, it did. Each issue was handled with the grace and confidence only experienced builders, like Kidd Wagner, can offer. During our build, there were several opportunities to make upgrades and each time we did, Catrina and Jordan went out of their way to help us find other areas where we could save and still be happy with the end result. Our home was finished on time and on budget. Hands down, Kidd Wagner is the only builder we will ever use.

The Jeter Family’s Forever Home
After months of research and meeting with numerous builders, we chose Kidd-Wagner. We met with Catrina Kidd in March of 2021. After walking away from the meeting, we immediately knew that Kidd-Wagner was going to build our “forever home”. Catrina was very attentive to our wants and needs while also giving a ton of suggestions based on her expertise. From start to finish of the build, the relationship between us and Kidd-Wager was nothing but personal and intimate. We were able to literally design our own home; from the layout to the final touch-ups. Everything was custom and personalized! You do not get more “Custom Home Builder” than that! We felt that we were always being put in the best hands when it came to the entire Kidd-Wagner team and their sub-contractors. Based on our request, the team built a one-of-a-kind fireplace as the focal point of our living room, critically designed private living quarters for our two little girls containing two bedrooms and a jack-n-jill bathroom, and the kitchen of our dreams! If we had to do this process all over again, we would, hand down, choose Kidd-Wagner!! Special THANKS to Catrina, Don, Jordan, Chris, and Donnie!

My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Kidd Wagner. As we searched for the “just right” custom home builder to turn our Pinterest board into our dream home, we knew Kidd Wagner was the right choice the moment we met with Catrina and her team.
I could describe all the things I love about our new home, but the photographs speak for themselves. Our home is absolutely beautiful! But what truly sets Kidd Wagner apart from other builders is the PEOPLE and the RELATIONSHIPS.
I truly believe when building a custom home, nearly everything pivots on your relationship with your builder. You need someone who is more than just a contractor or designer – you need someone you can trust. Kidd Wagner did all this and so much more!
From the beginning, we experienced great communication and a mutual respect with any Kidd Wagner team member we encountered. More importantly, we truly consider many of them our friends. Through the building process, we became invested in their lives, and they became invested in ours. We talked about our children, shared stories of our weekends, vented about life, etc. It is this personal relationship that laid the foundation for a successful building experience.
Kidd Wagner was the perfect choice for our family. Together, we were able to build a unique home to meet our family’s needs. Thank you Catrina, Jordan, and the rest of the Kidd Wagner team for our new friendship and for building our gorgeous home!
